Shipping

**Due to the Canada Post service disruption currently in effect, we are unable to offer shipping. During this interruption, in-store pick-up for all online orders will still be available. 

 

Local pick-up

All online orders will be available for pick-up the following business day at Nicholas Randall. Please note that Holidays may affect pick-up availability. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of purchase, and exchange within 14 days of purchase. All sales are final on sale merchandise.
